Defense Verdict on Behalf of the County of Sonoma

Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of the County of Sonoma in the Federal Court for the Northern District of California (San Francisco Division) after the decedent ingested illegal narcotics inside the county jail. Plaintiffs asserted the County failed to prevent illegal narcotics from entering the jail and that the failure constituted a deprivation of their constitutional rights.
