ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

When not in the office, Tyler remains the avid outdoorsman he has been since his youth. In Sacramento, he takes regular advantage of the numerous mountain biking and hiking trails as well as the bounty of fresh water paddleboarding opportunities.

  • Tyler’s interest in law developed while pursuing his Bachelors Degree at California State University, Chico. After a few years working as a paralegal and in information security, gaining key skills in communication and teamwork, he completed his law degree at McGeorge School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif (top 10%) in 2022. Tyler’s practice areas with Porter Scott include personal injury, construction defect, commercial litigation, and professional negligence. He finds that these cases give him the opportunity to holistically advise clients on a wide variety of issues. These practice areas also allow him to further develop his writing and advocacy skills, refined in law school where he served as Chief Technical Editor of the law journal and competed in several Moot Court competitions, placing in the semi-finals at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. He is tenacious in the practice of law and committed to advocating for his clients.
