When he’s not at the office, Steven enjoys biking around Sacramento, reading fantasy novels, and spending time with his wife and their three cats.

Steven is a New York native who moved to Sacramento in 2018. Steven received an academic merit scholarship to attend McGeorge School of Law, where he earned a concentration from the nation’s #1 ranked Government Law program. Over the years, Steven has racked up experience working in local, state, and federal government, which informs his practice in advising public entities large and small through each step of the legal process.
