Before joining Porter Scott, Shannon spent several years at Medi-Cal where she dedicated her efforts to developing policies aimed at improving access to healthcare for its members. During the evenings, she pursued her legal education by attending Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Today, she brings her strong work ethic, determination, and valuable experience to effectively advocate for clients.
