Dylan, originally from Northern California, worked for several years in agriculture and food service before pursuing a law degree in Sacramento. His legal practice centers on representing employers across both private and public sectors throughout all phases of litigation. Additionally, Dylan provides counsel and guidance on employment law issues such as wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations and the interactive process, as well as hiring and termination policies.
