Sacramento Chapter of Habitat for Humanity awards “Hammie” to Porter Scott

Porter Scott was honored to receive a “Hammie” award from the Sacramento Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, thanking the firm for its outstanding contribution of financial and volunteer help in the past year. Porter Scott Shareholder Lindsay Goulding rallied the firm’s troops for each of the build days and accepted the award on behalf of Porter Scott.  “I am proud that we helped build one of the six Habitat homes in Sacramento in 2012,” said Lindsay.  “Habitat and other volunteers like us were able to provide shelter to 36 people, including 24 children, last year.  It is a great organization.”
