Lindsay A. Goulding

Shareholder

Lindsay enjoys the puzzle of each case that she works on - gathering all the pieces, figuring out how they fit together, and then determining the best approach for dealing with the picture they create.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento with a B.A. in History, Lindsay attended McGeorge School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif (top 10%) in 2003. She joined Porter Scott shortly thereafter and became a shareholder of the firm in 2011. Lindsay’s practice covers a wide variety of areas, including premises liability, personal injury, products liability, pharmacy malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, employment, consumer rights, and catastrophic injuries. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants, be they individuals, small businesses, large corporations, or public entities. Her practice extends as far south as Tulare County and as far north as Humboldt County and everything in between. Her litigation skills have earned her an AV peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of professional excellence.
