Cassandra “C.J.” Ninke

In addition, she represents both individuals and businesses—ranging from small local operations to large corporations—in matters involving premises liability, personal injury, and habitability claims. After earning her B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, CJ attended McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated with Order of the Barristers honors in 2019, recognizing her excellence in oral advocacy and writing skills. She joined Porter Scott immediately after law school and quickly established herself as a skilled litigator, becoming a shareholder of the firm in 2025.
CJ maintains a diverse and statewide practice throughout California, representing clients in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, habitability, products liability, medical malpractice, and employment law.
