Dangerous Condition Win

Shareholders Carl Fessenden and Will Camy obtained summary judgment on behalf of the County of Sacramento on an alleged dangerous condition of public property case.  A bicyclist was struck and killed by hit-and-run motorist on a rural County roadway. The family of the bicyclist sued the County and alleged the County’s roadway was a dangerous condition of public property and that condition contributed to the accident.  Will and Carl convinced the Court that the subject location was not dangerous and the case was dismissed as a matter of law.
