AssociateAmy Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Porter Scott, where she brings a strong background in client advocacy and a passion for litigation shaped by years of representing individuals in complex and high-stakes matters. Before joining the firm, Amy practiced immigration law, appearing before USCIS, immigration courts, and state courts across Northern California. Her work required both precision and compassion - skills she now applies to her litigation practice, where she is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
Drawn to Porter Scott’s collaborative environment and reputation for excellence in trial work, Amy is motivated by the opportunity to tell her clients’ stories through persuasive advocacy and thoughtful strategy. She approaches each case with a balance of empathy and determination, focused on understanding client goals while pursuing the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Amy is an avid animal lover who volunteers at her local shelter fostering cats and dogs. She also enjoys traveling to new countries, exploring new creative hobbies, and hiking with her rescue dog, Arlo.
