Timothy Lam

Born and raised in San Francisco, Tim now calls Sacramento his second home. He joins Porter Scott after spending his first 5 years practicing matters in Family Law, Legal Malpractice, and Real Estate Malpractice. As an avid baseball fan, Tim takes his strategic love of the game and instills it in how he takes on cases. He has handled numerous cases to settlement, and if called for, has prepared and taken cases to trial, including defensing one case, as second chair, by way of nonsuit after Plaintiff’s opening statement.

When he’s not in the office, Tim spends his time with his family. He is also an avid baseball fan of the Seattle Mariners
