Stephen E. Horan
ShareholderUsing the disciplines of undergraduate degrees in both science and economics, Steve delivers excellent legal representation. His defense philosophy employs a logic-oriented scientific approach combined with the cost-sensitivity and efficiency demanded by economically-savvy clients.
Born in Oakland in 1960, Steve lived in Central and South America as a child. He finished in the top ten percent of his class in his first year at McGeorge Law School. He joined Porter Scott after graduation and became a shareholder in 1993.
