Arguing rules. Orating narratives and backstories. Thinking quickly under pressure. Whether in the courtroom or around the tabletop, Dan utilizes these skills to maneuver an advantage over his opponent. At home, he enjoys Dungeons & Dragons and other games with friends and family.

A Sacramento Area native, Dan graduated with highest honors from University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He attended law school at San Joaquin College of Law, earning a Witkin Award for Excellence. He entered practice as a civil litigator at a busy medical malpractice defense firm. After several years in civil litigation, he worked for the Madera County District Attorney as a criminal prosecutor where he garnered extensive courtroom, oral advocacy, and trial experience. Now returning both to Sacramento and civil litigation, Dan is ready to wield his skills for the equity and integrity of his clients.
