Sacramento Business Journal Focuses on "Newsmaker Terence Cassidy"
In an interview with the Sacramento Business Journal in its August 29, 2008 issue, Porter Scott Partner, Terence Cassidy, stated that he is a “trial attorney, a litigator. He never thought he would be anything else.” Having argued twice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the interview discusses Mr. Cassidy’s most recent appearance, in 2004, in the Michael Newdow Pledge of Allegiance case and how he goes about preparing to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Cassidy also explains why he became a trial attorney rather than an attorney who focuses on business or taxes.
