Sacramento Magazine Features Jennifer Duggan
Jennifer is a partner at Porter Scott - Sacramento's largest litigation firm. Porter Scott consists of a team of seasoned trial attorneys with expertise in all areas of law. Jennifer attended UC Davis for her undergraduate work and later graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law with an emphasis in Business Law. She worked as a law clerk for Porter Scott, and after passing the bar exam, returned as an associate. In 2002, Jennifer made partner and is currently the hiring partner.
Jennifer's practice focuses on business and employment law. She also provides preventative advice to clients in avoiding litigation. Recently, Jennifer has handled a number of unfair business practice/trade secret matters. Sacramento has changed in dramatic ways. Jennifer believes this continuing transformation will bring opportunities for clients, the law firm and her own practice.
