Jennifer Duggan Quoted in Sacramento Business Journal's Article: "Top Brokerage Takes Former Employees to Court Over Client List"
Jennifer Duggan was quoted in the August 1, 2008 issue of the Sacramento Business Journal regarding a lawsuit brought by ABD Insurance and Financial Services against three former employees accusing them of taking trade secrets when they left ABD. Ms. Duggan, who has been on both sides of these type of cases, but who is not involved in this case, was quoted as saying “The whole idea in the U.S. is to support free market competition as long as it is done fairly and honestly. Lawsuits arise out of the notion that sometimes it’s not.”
