Cases of Interest

• Currently representing four of California’s largest operators of Shell branded gas stations and convenience stores in a class action lawsuit brought against Shell Oil Company. The Plaintiffs allege that Shell Oil Company is liable for wage and hour violations that allegedly occurred at approximately 270 Shell branded stations and convenience stores that were independently operated throughout California. The suit is premised on the allegation that Shell Oil Company was the joint employer of every employee who worked at the independently operated Shell branded stations and convenience stores.
