Norman V. Prior

Mr. Prior is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been a shareholder of Porter Scott since 1999. He received his bachelor's degree in 1982 from the University of California at Berkeley and obtained his J.D. in 1986 from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. For more than 20 years Norm's practice has included all aspects of general civil litigation with emphasis on representing doctors, hospitals, healthcare providers, and other professionals in medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, licensing and administrative actions, business and commercial disputes and other general civil litigation. Representative clients include the Regents of the University of California, Sutter Health and its affiliated hospitals, Adventist Health and its affiliated hospitals.
