A graduate, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a member of the McGeorge Law Review, Mr. Jensen has been practicing law since 2004. He became a shareholder at Porter Scott in 2011 and has focused his practice on business and real estate litigation along with business transactions and business counseling. Throughout his career, Martin has represented a variety of private and public entity clients in a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts; particularly in the areas of business disputes including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, excessive compensation, involuntary dissolution, trade secret misappropriation and unfair business practices. Martin has also represented clients in the area of lender liability and commercial loan litigation, real estate disputes and contract disputes. Martin also represents clients in transactional matters including the preparation of governing documents and formation of business, the purchase and sale of businesses, and protection of business information.
