Mr. Egan grew up in Sacramento, and he became a shareholder at Porter Scott in 2011. Mr. Egan’s practice covers a wide variety of areas including catastrophic personal injury cases, motor vehicle accidents, off-road vehicle accidents, product liability, industrial injuries, liquor liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. He also has represented business clients in complex cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, defamation, breach of contract, and unfair business practices. Mr. Egan has also litigated numerous property disputes, including representation of homeowners associations, property management companies, and real estate brokers. His medical malpractice experience includes representation of hospitals, physicians, and nurses. Mr. Egan has litigated cases from Tulare County to Yreka County and everything in between.
