Russ Wunderli, a shareholder with Porter Scott, has been approved as a new member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA members are among the most skilled civil litigators in the country. In order to be eligible for membership attorneys must have tried at least 20 civil trials to verdict, possess excellent trial skills, and demonstrate the highest level of ethics and civility in the course of their practice. There are only 6400 ABOTA members among all attorneys in the United States. Porter Scott has more attorneys inducted into ABOTA than any other litigation firm in the Sacramento region.
